The women’s day on 8th March every year was celebrated to appreciate all women in this world. The people will notice the campaign theme of #BalanceforBetter is for The International Women’s Day 2019 is a call-to-action for driving gender balance across the world. Even though a month passed, every day is an appreciation of woman day.

It is a significant time in history to do everything possible to help gender-balancing the world. From activism to worldwide action, we are entering an exciting period of history where the world expects balance. We notice its absence and celebrate its presence.
As underway celebrating women’s achievements and tenaciously challenging, there were biases the world celebrates International Women’s Day. Nando’s celebrates International Women’s Day with a tribute to women on its Facebook page. The #MadeitHerself campaign is created by its social media agency, Fishermen Integrated. The video sends the message that women are capable of achieving success on their own and can ‘make-it’ through their own achievements.
